I made these in a rush last Sunday when I realized that the school holidays were over and I had next to nothing ready for the kids lunchboxes. They are soooo easy to whip up and, apart from the chocolate chips, quite nutritious. They’re also adult friendly, I often find myself snacking on one after dinner as it satisfies my craving for something sweet.
This recipe is straight from The Girl Who Ate Everything.
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
½c ground flaxseed (I used LSA)
½c creamy or crunchy peanut butter
1/3c honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½c chocolate chips (or craisins etc)
Method
Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix together.
Roll into balls. (I did say they were easy to whip up!)
Notes
- If the mixture is too sticky, chill it in the fridge before rolling.
- I keep the balls in the fridge, it makes them sturdier for the lunch boxes.

They look yum Becs. Can you please post your fav healthy bliss ball recipe. Mine us getting a tad boring but they are the perfect after dinner treat with a cuppa. Keen to try something different that isn’t too calorific! X
